Opening a support ticket

Support tickets are the most efficient way of communicating with Internap Customer Service for all types of issues; technical, billing and general customer inquiries. Follow these simple instructions:

  2. Select ‘Support’ and click ‘Create a new ticket’.

  3. Fill out the required fields, while selecting an appropriate priority level for the issue and choosing the affected device.

  4. Click ‘Create’.
  5. That’s it. The ticket will be received by Internap and acted upon per our service commitment.
  6. NOTE: You can CC other recipients on the ticket who will be included in forthcoming responses.
