Support tickets are the most efficient way of communicating with Internap Customer Service for all types of issues; technical, billing and general customer inquiries. Follow these simple instructions:
- Log into the customer portal from the link on www.internap.com.
- Select ‘Support’ and click ‘Create a new ticket’.
- Fill out the required fields, while selecting an appropriate priority level for the issue and choosing the affected device.
- Click ‘Create’.
- That’s it. The ticket will be received by Internap and acted upon per our service commitment.
- NOTE: You can CC other recipients on the ticket who will be included in forthcoming responses.
